Our Approach

  • Warm-Up: Our warm-ups prepare your cardiovascular system, activate muscles, enhance range of motion, and rehearse functional movement patterns to ready you for the workout ahead.

  • Workout: We adhere to the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, balancing ten physical skills, three energy systems, three modalities, and seven functional movement patterns.

  • Goal-Specific Training: Recognizing that everyone has unique objectives, we offer opportunities to practice and train movements or skills aligned with your personal goals, with quarterly assessments to track progress.

  • Aerobic Conditioning: Scheduled sessions focus on low to moderate heart rate zones to develop the oxidative system, promoting endurance and cardiovascular health.

  • Recovery Practices: In addition to daily cool-downs, we offer physical therapy services, including dry needling, stretching, cupping, electrical stimulation, and massage, through our partnership with Response PT.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
